Hello! It’s very nice meeting you. I’m Yury Paola, and I’m from Colombia. I have been a Spanish teacher for 10 years now. I have a Master’s Degree in Applied Linguistics in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language from the European University of the Atlantic, and I am also certified in TEFL from the University of Toronto.

I like my classes to be fun and conversational, since I usually adapt them to what students are looking for, whether it is general Spanish classes, accent neutralization, international exam preparation, business, leisure, and so forth. Also, my BA is in teaching English, Spanish, and French, so I am familiar with learning other languages.

Besides teaching, I also enjoy traveling and trying new foods, exploring new cultures, learning languages, and more. Hence, my classes are filled with a fun, academic, patient, and relaxed atmosphere. I’m truly looking forward to having classes with you. 🙂
